I specialize in working with clients who are working through an injury, are too anxious to step on the mat in a group setting, are not sure yoga is for them, or otherwise don’t see themselves reflected in your stereotypical yoga setting.
I offer one community class per week – donations optional. These classes are a mixture of Hatha, Slow Flow and Vinyasa
I currently have a 10-class series running on Sundays all about keeping your wrists happy. This class is designed for all levels and includes adaptations you can take with you into the wider world.

Hatha Flows
Just gimme some of that old time yoga. I love the long holds and calmness of mind that old school Hatha brings. I also occasionally like to add these elements into my flow style classes.
Vinyasa Flows
This is your more ‘typical’ modern yoga class – a quicker pace, but always with my spin.

A bit like Hatha and Vinyasa had a chill baby. Most of my flows end up being slow – whether they’re strength or movement based.
